Designed for grinding an array of materials, this machine is equipped with a special filter that ensures dust emission concentrations remain far below national environmental regulations, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly.

Usage of Mill

The MTW series is predominantly used in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industries, and mining. It excels in grinding mineral materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity under 6%. From quartz and feldspar to rare earths and ceramics, its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of non-flammable materials, including but not limited to calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, and more.

Working principle

Powered by a bevel gear, the central axis rotates, connected to a grinding roller hanger, establishing a pivotal fulcrum. As the grinding roller rotates around both the central axis and the grinding ring, it also spins due to friction. Beneath the roller hanger, blades lift materials into the gap between the grinding ring and rollers, where centrifugal force facilitates effective grinding.
