Its key feature is an airtight gearbox, ensuring stable, reliable, and smooth operation. This advanced system enhances productivity significantly, surpassing the previous Ramon model post-retrofit, and provides user-friendly maintenance.
In this sophisticated European mill, the central shaft is powered by a comprehensive bevel gear transmission system. The upper shaft connects seamlessly with the roller hanger, where the roller device is mounted, creating a pivotal swing fulcrum. In a synchronized motion, the grinding roller circles the central axis and rotates around the grinding ring, driven by friction. A strategically placed spade under the roller hanger feeds material beneath the grinding roller, facilitating smooth movement. During rotation, the spade and grinding roller collaborate to distribute material onto the grinding ring, forming a cushioning layer. This arrangement generates an outward centrifugal force, or extrusion force, effectively crushing the material to accomplish precise pulverization.
