Working principles
Driven by pulleys connected to a motor, the movable jaw undergoes an up-and-down motion via an eccentric shaft. When the jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws narrows, facilitating the crushing of materials. Conversely, as the jaw ascends, this angle enlarges, separating the jaws and allowing the discharge of crushed materials through the outlet, aided by the draw bar and spring mechanism. The sophisticated architecture of the jaw crusher encompasses a sturdy frame, jaw plates, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod, with the jaw plates comprising a fixed and a movable jaw.

The jaw crusher is a complex assembly featuring a frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, adjustable clearance screw, reset spring, and both fixed and movable jaws.
