The innovative spring safety system acts as an overload protection mechanism, allowing non-crushable materials to pass through without causing damage. Additionally, its dual sealed system uses dry oil and water to impeccably separate plaster powder and engine oil, ensuring outstanding reliability. Designed for flexibility, the crushing chamber's type is determined by the feed size and desired product fineness: the standard (PYB) model is perfect for medium crushing, the medium type excels in medium to fine crushing, and the short head version is specialized for fine crushing.


Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher operates on a superior mechanism where materials are crushed between the movable and fixed cones. The movable cone is supported by a spherical bearing and mounted on an upright shaft set within an eccentric sleeve, which rests on stopping and pushing bearings. This entire assembly is powered by an eccentric shaft sleeve, driven by a horizontal shaft and precision-engineered gear, all propelled by a motor through V-belts, ensuring seamless operation.
The innovative design of the cone crusher includes a vertical shaft installed within the eccentric sleeve. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, it outlines a conical surface around the shaft. During operation, the movable cone draws close to the fixed cone, pulverizing rocks into smaller fragments. As the cone retracts, the crushed materials are efficiently discharged. By adjusting the fixed cone's position, the discharge opening's width is modified, precisely controlling the output size.

Production Line
Our production line starts by transporting materials to the jaw crusher using a vibrating feeder, ensuring even and continuous delivery. Post crushing in the jaw crusher, materials move to the impact crusher for a secondary breakdown. Subsequently, the material is directed to a vibrating screen, where the exciter's vibration causes the screen mesh on the screen box to oscillate, enabling effective separation of materials. Larger and smaller particles descend from opposite sides of the screen, achieving precise separation.
