Working Principles
The grinding journey begins as materials are uniformly and persistently fed into the main frame's grinding chamber. Here, centrifugal force takes the reins, causing the roller to swing outward, pressing firmly against the ring. The shovel elevates the material into the gap between the roller and ring, where precision grinding occurs as the roller diligently rolls, delivering exceptional refinement.

Embark on a seamless milling journey where raw material, post jaw crusher and bucket elevator, is effortlessly directed from the storage silo via an electromagnetic vibrating feeder into the grinding host. Here, polishing and sorting occur, with powder funneled through pipelines to storage silos, culminating in the smooth, finished output via the outlet valve.
The production line operates under a negative pressure system, where air, laden with powder, is channeled into the storage silo's upper cyclone collector. Recycled through return air blowers, this system is amplified by the bottom lock powder feeder, isolating positive pressure gas and powder from negative pressure gas. This innovation significantly boosts yield. Meanwhile, residual air and dust are meticulously filtered through a baghouse, capturing impurities and safeguarding the environment.

Designed to conquer challenges in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining, this mill excels in grinding mineral materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and humidity below 6%.
