Engineered to perfection, the Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is designed to crush or break all varieties of medium-hard to harder ores efficiently.
This versatile machine excels in the mining, chemical, and building materials sectors among other industrial applications. It boasts a remarkable big crushing ratio, continuous operation capability, uniform granularity, an automated hydraulic clearing system, and high capacity, all wrapped in a simple structure that ensures low operational costs. Its prowess makes it a perfect candidate for middle and fine crushing tasks.
Working Principle
As the heart of the Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, the motor propels the pinion gear, which in turn drives the large gear. This gear ensemble (large gear, holder, eccentric steel bushing) orchestrates the eccentric bushing assembly (comprising the eccentric cylinder and copper bushing) and the main shaft assembly (including the main shaft, inner cone, and liner), centering around the theoretical vertical line. The main shaft assembly gracefully rotates within the eccentric copper bushing, leveraging the spindle's center line.

In idle mode, the eccentric bushing assembly embraces the main shaft assembly, rotating harmoniously with the large gear.

When materials are introduced into the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly, made up of the main shaft and inner cone, gracefully turns within the eccentric bushing against the material's resistance. The inner cone's trajectory oscillates back and forth within the chamber, crushing the material with its rhythmic sway.

The hydraulic cylinder presses the connection between the support sleeve and frame body, allowing unbreakable objects like metal blocks to pass harmlessly. The machine's moving cone, supported by a hydraulic piston at the base, rises and falls as needed to adjust the discharge port and provide over-iron protection, ensuring a seamless flow of operation.
