Vertical Mill

Work Principle
1) The motor expertly drives the grinding table via the speed reducer, while hot air gracefully enters the roller mill through the air inlet. Materials skillfully descend to the center of the grinding table from the feeder.
2) Harnessing the power of centrifugal force, materials elegantly migrate from the center to the edge of the grinding table.
3) As the materials glide over the grinding table, they are expertly crushed by the grinding roller, traversing the groove. Once finely crushed, they're whisked away by the airstream, and the resulting fine powder is efficiently collected by the system's dust catcher, emerging as the final product.
4) Throughout the airstream's journey, materials are meticulously dried to meet the desired moisture levels. By fine-tuning the angle between the separator and wind direction leaf, alongside adjusting the separator rotor's speed (excluding smaller vertical mills), optimal material fineness is achieved.

With the material residing in the mill briefly, it allows for precise detection and control over particle size and chemical composition. This results in minimized redundant milling and consistent product quality.
4. Environmental protection.
Designed with small vibrations and low noise, the system ensures comprehensive sealing and operates under negative pressure, effectively preventing dust emissions and adhering to stringent environmental protection standards.
