Working Principles
In a dance of mechanical precision, the pulleys are powered by a motor, causing the movable jaw to oscillate vertically via the eccentric shaft. When descending, it minimizes the angle with the fixed jaw, allowing materials to be crushed. Conversely, as it ascends, the angle enlarges, and with assistance from the draw bar and spring, the movable jaw retreats, discharging crushed materials through the designated outlet of the crushing cavity. This jaw crusher's structure intricately includes the frame, jaw plate, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod, with the jaw plate forming the core as the fixed and movable jaws.
