Our Raymond Grinder, also known as Raymond Mill, is meticulously designed to grind a variety of minerals including barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, and slag. It efficiently processes materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 7 and a wide range of 280-odd non-inflammable and non-explosive materials. This versatile grinder finds its application across industries such as mining, construction, chemical engineering, and metallurgy for power generation and material processing.
The flexibility of our product allows for adjustable output sizes tailored to your needs, with a standard range between 80-425 meshes. Some special materials can even be refined up to a remarkable 2,000 meshes, allowing for precision and diversity in application.

Working principles
Begin the grinding process by loading materials evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Leveraging centrifugal force, the roller swings outward, pressing tightly against the ring. Materials are guided into the space between the roller and ring by the shovel. As the roller rotates, the material is ground to the desired fineness.

Milling Production Line
In our milling production line, materials post-jaw crushing and bucket elevator transfer are stored in silos. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder ensures a steady, continuous flow of material to the host for grinding. Post-grinding, the powder is sorted by a blower-driven separator. The sorted powder is conveyed via pipelines to storage silos, ready for final output through an outlet valve.
Our production line operates under a negative pressure system, optimizing efficiency and environmental safety. The primary fan blows air through pipes, directing the powder into the cyclone collector atop the storage silo. The return air is recycled by the blower, while the powder collector isolates external positive pressure gas from the negative pressure system. This significantly boosts yield. Residual air and dust are channeled to a filter baghouse, capturing impurities and safeguarding the environment.

Our advanced mill is perfectly engineered for grinding in fields like metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining. It expertly handles materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity under 6%, including quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, zircon sand, and slag, catering to diverse industrial needs.Main technical parameters
