Working Principles
Driven by robust pulleys powered by a motor, the movable jaw skillfully moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws decreases, effectively crushing materials. Conversely, with the jaw's ascent, the angle enlarges, allowing the movable jaw to separate from the fixed one, thanks to the draw bar and spring, thus facilitating the discharge of crushed materials from the crushing cavity. The jaw crusher's construction is intricately designed featuring a sturdy frame, jaw plates, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod-a symphony of engineering excellence. The jaw plate is comprised of both fixed and movable components.
Structure of Jaw Crusher
The jaw crusher is a complex assembly featuring a solid frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, and toggle plate back seat. It includes an adjustable clearance screw, reset spring, fixed and movable jaws, among other components. Notably, the toggle plate serves a vital role as an insurance mechanism.

Gravel Production Line
Initially, materials are meticulously transported to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder, ensuring even and continuous delivery. Following primary crushing, materials move to the impact crusher for secondary processing. After this, they are guided to a vibrating screen. During typical operation, the exciter's vibrations animate the screen mesh within the screen box, efficiently sorting materials. Larger and smaller materials cascade from the screen's upper and lower sides, achieving seamless separation.
