Perfect for materials below scale 7 on Moh's hardness scale, this grinding mill efficiently handles approximately 280 different types of non-flammable and non-explosive materials, making it ideal for industries including mining, building materials, chemical engineering, and metallurgy. The mill is adept at supporting power generation and material processing applications. You can effortlessly adjust the product size to meet your needs, with capabilities ranging from 80-325 meshes, and for select materials, an impressive fineness of up to 2,500 meshes.
The operation starts with materials crushed by the jaw crusher, which are then elevated by a bucket elevator to the storage silo. From there, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder consistently and evenly conveys materials to the primary grinding zone. As the grinding process ensues, a blower facilitates the separation of powder through a polishing powder separator. The refined powder is then channeled via pipelines to storage silos, with the finished product being discharged through an outlet valve. This entire production sequence operates under negative pressure. Initially, the air and powder mixture ascends into the upper cyclone collector, where the air is recirculated back through a return air blower pipe. Additionally, the bottom lock powder feeder at the powder collector isolates external positive pressure gas from negative pressure gas, significantly enhancing production yields. Moreover, residual air and dust from the grinding host are directed through pipelines to a filter baghouse, where impurities are effectively captured, ensuring eco-friendly operations.
