Working Principles
Our innovative design features motor-driven pulleys that move the jaw up and down via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw descends, the angle with the fixed jaw narrows, allowing materials to be efficiently crushed. Conversely, as it rises, the angle widens, enabling the easy discharge of crushed materials through the crushing cavity's outlet. The jaw crusher's robust structure includes a frame, jaw plate, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod, with the jaw plate comprising both fixed and movable jaws.

Gravel Production Line
The gravel production process begins with the even and continuous transport of material to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Post primary crushing, the material is transferred to an impact crusher for secondary processing. Subsequent to this stage, it proceeds to a vibrating screen where the exciter's vibrations facilitate an effective screening process. Larger and smaller materials are thus efficiently separated, ensuring an optimized production flow.
