Working Principles
The mechanism of our jaw crusher is both intriguing and efficient. As the motor powers the pulleys, the movable jaw operates via an eccentric shaft, moving up and down. When descending, the angle between the fixed and movable jaw narrows, crushing materials effectively. Conversely, as it rises, the angle widens, allowing crushed materials to discharge seamlessly, aided by the tension rod and spring. Our sophisticated design includes a sturdy frame, precision jaw plates, and key components like the flywheel and toggle plate, all engineered for optimum performance.

Our seamless gravel production line begins as materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder.
