2. The mill's interior uses L.O. pumps, allowing the main shaft and bevel gear to be lubricated without the need for an additional lubrication system, enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Featuring an innovative air channel, the MTW series mill allows tangential airflow to enter effortlessly owing to minimal resistance. This design ensures optimal material grinding and prevents clogging.
4. Cyclone Separator: A unique structure separates the center of the pipes where air and dust mix, ensuring highly effective and precise classification.
5. Interchangeable Blade Surface: Traditional blades wear out quickly, necessitating frequent replacements. However, this mill utilizes wear-resistant alloy blades that last longer, requiring only partial blade changes, thus enhancing material efficiency and reducing downtime.
6. The MTW mill ensures the internal control door surface aligns with the inner snail shell surface, effectively preventing air vortexes and ensuring efficient airflow management.

Working Principle

Large materials are processed by a jaw crusher to the required size, then elevated to the silo. Through a vibrating feeder, they are evenly, quantitatively, and continuously fed into the main mill for grinding. The resulting powders are lifted by the fan's airflow, passing through an analyzer for classification. Normal powders enter the dust collector for separation and collection, completing the process via a discharge valve. Meanwhile, the air from the dust collector returns to the air duct, drawn into the fan, creating a closed-loop under negative pressure circulation.

Industrial Milling Process

In our advanced industrial milling process, raw materials are first crushed to the necessary feeding size by the crusher. Next, a bucket elevator lifts these materials to the hopper. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder then ensures a precise and uniform flow to the grinding mill. During the synchronized movement of the blade and grinding roller, materials are effectively shoveled and layered for optimal grinding between the roller and the ring, producing fine powder. This powder, meeting fineness criteria, is funneled to the classifier by the fan's airflow, entering the large cyclone collector for separation and collection. The airflow, recirculated through a return pipe, is drawn into the blower, while unsatisfactory particles are ejected by the blade for additional grinding. This ensures our mill operates under negative pressure, with any surplus airflow purified via a bag filter before atmospheric release.
