Working principle

Discover the intricate working principle of our mill. The central axis, activated by advanced bevel gear technology, connects to a grinding roller hanger. This setup creates a swinging fulcrum as the grinding roller rotates around both the central axis and its grinding ring. The blades, strategically positioned beneath the hanger, work in tandem with the rollers, propelling materials upwards. As they settle into the gap between the grinding ring and rollers, they're expertly ground by the centrifugal force generated by the roller's rotation.

In our advanced process, raw materials are initially crushed to the precise feeding size. A bucket elevator seamlessly transports these materials to the hopper, after which the electromagnetic vibrating feeder ensures an even distribution to the grinding mill. As the blade and grinding roller co-rotate, materials are deftly shoveled, forming a bedding layer that undergoes grinding between the roller and ring. The outcome is a fine powder, subsequently whisked away by the fan's airflow to the classifier for meticulous powder selection. Only the finest powder, meeting stringent fineness criteria, reaches the large cyclone collector, where it is adeptly separated and collected. Airflow is recaptured into the blower via the return air pipe at the cyclone collector's pinnacle, while any unsatisfactory powder is expelled by the blade to the outer wall, separating from the airflow. Coarse powder then succumbs to self-gravity, returning to the grinding chamber for refinement. Ensuring optimal mill performance, negative pressure conditions are maintained, with excess airflow channeling into a bag filter through a residual pipe, purifying the discharge before atmospheric release.
