Work Principle
The jaw crusher is ingeniously crafted, composed of a sturdy frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, and more, ensuring seamless operation. The toggle plate not only facilitates crushing but also serves as a safety mechanism. Its curve extruding crushing method is powered by a motor that drives the belt and belt pulley, causing the movable jaw plate to move up and down through the eccentric shaft.
As the movable jaw plate ascends, the angle between it and the toggle plate increases, pressing the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, efficiently applying pressure to crush materials through squeezing, rubbing, and grinding. Conversely, when the movable jaw plate descends, the angle reduces, allowing the movable jaw plate to retreat from the fixed plate due to the pull rod and springs, releasing crushed material from the grinding cavity's bottom. This periodic motion powered by the motor ensures consistent production output.
