Work Principle

This ball mill boasts a horizontal design and functions as a tubular running device equipped with two warehouses, ensuring optimal efficiency and output. As a grid-type machine, its exterior operates smoothly along a gear, ensuring consistent performance. Materials are uniformly fed through the spiral feeding trunnion into the first hopper, which features stepped or corrugated lining plates along with steel balls of various specifications. With the cylinder rotating, centrifugal force lifts the steel balls, which then fall by gravity, generating impactful grinding effects on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first hopper, the materials transition through a monolayer partition panel into the second hopper, featuring a plane scale board with steel balls inside for further refinement. Finally, the finely ground materials are discharged through the grate, marking the completion of the grinding process.
