Working Principles
Experience seamless grinding as materials are loaded evenly into the grinding chamber of the main frame. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation causes the roller to swing outward, pressing tightly against the ring. The shovel expertly directs the materials to the space between the roller and the ring, where they are efficiently ground as the roller rotates, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output.

Milling Production Line
Begin the milling process with materials delivered from the jaw crusher to the bucket elevator. These are then transported to the storage silo and fed continuously to the host material chamber by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The finely polished powder is separated and carried by a blower to sorting machines, and post-sorting, transferred through a pipeline to storage silos. Finally, the high-quality, finished product is efficiently outputted through the outlet valve.
The entire production line operates under negative pressure, starting with the fan blowing air through pipes, drawing powder into the storage silo's upper cyclone collector. The return air blower pipe facilitates air recycling. A powder collector with a bottom lock powder feeder adeptly isolates external positive pressure gas and powder from negative pressure gas, significantly enhancing yield. Residual air and dust are filtered through a baghouse, where impurities are effectively adsorbed, safeguarding the environment with superior dust control.
Primarily utilized in the industries of metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining, this mill is designed for the refined grinding of mineral materials. It efficiently processes various non-flammable minerals with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%. Masterfully grind quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, zircon sand, slag, and more with remarkable precision.
