Working Principles
Driven by motorized pulleys, the movable jaw operates in an up-and-down motion via an eccentric shaft. As the jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws decreases, allowing for material compression. As it ascends, the angle enlarges, enabling the release of crushed material, facilitated by the draw bar and spring mechanisms. The jaw crusher's structure, comprising the robust frame, durable jaw plates, and reliable toggle plate, ensures efficient operation and longevity.

Gravel Production Line
In our gravel production line, material is systematically conveyed to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder. Post initial crushing, material proceeds to the impact crusher for secondary processing. The vibratory screen then effectively sieves the material, separating it based on size for further processing. This seamless operation ensures efficiency and precision in material handling.
