With the product size adjustable from 80 to 325 mesh, it can even achieve ultra-fine levels up to 2,500 mesh, catering to the most specific and demanding applications.
The process begins with material being fed through the jaw crusher and elevated by bucket to a storage silo. From there, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder ensures a steady and uniform flow to the main grinding chamber. As the material undergoes grinding, a blower directs air, enabling the integration of a polishing powder separator. The sorted powder is efficiently transported via pipelines to storage silos, emerging as the finished product through an outlet valve. The system operates under negative pressure: initial air, carrying powder, moves through pipes to an upper cyclone collector where it's reclaimed. Recycled air returns via a blower, enhancing efficiency. A bottom-lock powder feeder isolates external positive pressure gas from the negative, elevating yield significantly. Residual air and dust are funneled to a filter baghouse, ensuring that dust and impurities are expertly captured, safeguarding the environment.
