The heart of the High Pressure Roller Mill is its robust host, featuring a roller hanger that is tightly secured with an impressive 1000-1500 kg of high-pressure spring force. Once activated, the roller embarks on a dynamic rotation around the main shaft. Empowered by the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force, it presses intimately against the grinding ring, boasting a rolling pressure that surpasses the conventional Raymond Mill by 1.2 times under identical dynamic conditions, resulting in a significant boost in output. As the raw material enters the grinding chamber, it is expertly lifted by the shovel and fed into the space between the grinding roller and ring for precise compression. The resultant fine powder is whisked away by the circulating air to the cyclone collector, where it emerges as the finished product. In contrast, larger particles are sent back for additional refinement. The circulating air returns to the blower, perpetuating the cycle, while residual air is meticulously cleansed by the bag filter. To maintain consistent output and finesse, adjustments can be made to the high-pressure spring length when the roller and ring exhibit wear, ensuring the grinding pressure between them remains constant.
The entire high-pressure hanging roller mill apparatus is comprised of a sophisticated ensemble, including the main machine, reducer, analyzer, pipeline device, fan, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and a meticulously designed electric control system. .
