Working Principles
At the heart of our Hammer Crusher lies a powerful motor that drives the rotor to spin at high velocities via a sturdy belt. This rotor houses a series of hammers poised for action. Once materials enter the hammers' domain, they are subjected to intense crushing by these rapidly rotating components. Only those materials that conform to the desired size specifications are discharged seamlessly from the outlet.Subsequently, they emerge as the final products. Oversized materials, however, are drawn back into the crusher's realm for additional processing, courtesy of the durable hammers, which continue to pulverize until the materials achieve the requisite dimensions.
