Working Principle:
Experience the sophisticated mechanics where material initially descends through the feed hopper, then swiftly navigates through the high-speed rotary sling wheel via the center feeding hole. Here, it reaches speeds several dozen times that of gravitational acceleration. The cement sand machine propels the material outward from the sling wheel, initiating its first impact with other rebounding materials descending freely from the sling wheel. Together, they undergo a transformative collision against the material lining (rock-rock) or strike back block (rock-iron), only to rebound and ascend towards the top of the eddy cavity in a graceful, inclined-up trajectory. Following this dynamic path, it gradually shifts deflection-down, establishing a seamless, flowing curtain of material alongside the output from the impeller's passage.
