Work Principle
1) Powering the revolution, the motor drives the grinding table's rotation via a speed reducer, while a stream of hot air floods the mill from the air inlet. Materials descend gracefully onto the center of the grinding table from the feeder, ready for transformation.
2) Propelled by centrifugal force, the materials embark on a journey from the center, migrating to the table's edge, setting the stage for the next phase of refinement.
3) As materials traverse the groove-laden table, they encounter the grinding rollers, which crush them meticulously. The resulting fine powder is whisked away by the airstream, collected by the system's dust catcher, and emerges as the refined final product of the roller mill.
4) During the dynamic interaction with airstreams, materials achieve the perfect moisture balance required by clients. By fine-tuning the angle of the separator and the wind's direction (excluding small vertical mill variants), alongside the rotor's speed, optimal material fineness is skillfully achieved.
