Work Principle

Our ball mill is a horizontal, tubular design with two compartments for enhanced functionality. With a grid type configuration, it operates seamlessly along external gears. Materials are uniformly fed through the trunnion spiral into the first compartment, featuring stepped or corrugated lining plates and diverse steel ball specifications. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force raises the steel balls, which then descend by gravity, initiating an impactful grinding action. Post coarse grinding, materials transition via a monolayer partition into a second compartment containing a plane scale board and steel balls for further refinement. The finely ground materials exit through the discharge grate, marking the completion of the grinding process.
