Working Principles

This jaw crusher operates by harnessing the power of pulleys driven by an electric motor, causing the movable jaw to oscillate. During its descent, the angle between fixed and movable jaws decreases, efficiently crushing materials. As it ascends, the angle enlarges, and the movable jaw retreats from the fixed jaw, thanks to the function of a draw bar and spring, allowing crushed materials to exit the crushing cavity. The robust structure of this machine includes a frame, jaw plates, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod, with jaw plates consisting of fixed and movable components.

Stone Production Line Flow

The production line commences as material is seamlessly delivered to the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for initial crushing. Post-crushing, it travels to the impact crusher for secondary processing, followed by a vibrating screen that categorizes materials through dynamic vibration.
