Working Principle

At the core of its sophisticated operation, the MTW Series European Mill utilizes a central axis, powered by bevel gear rotation, connected to a grinding roller hanger. This setup forms a pivotal swinging point for the grinding roller device. As the grinding roller revolves not only around the central axis but also within the grinding ring, it generates a powerful centrifugal force. Friction between components ensures the roller itself rotates, while the strategically placed blades lift materials to the grinding zone between the roller and ring. Here, materials are crushed through extrusion force, ensuring efficient milling.
