Working principles

The mechanism of our jaw crusher is powered by a motor-driven pulley system, which sets the movable jaw into an up-and-down motion via an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw descends, the angle with the fixed jaw decreases, enabling effective crushing. Conversely, as it ascends, the angle increases, allowing the crushed materials to be discharged efficiently. Key components include the frame, fixed and movable jaw plates, toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod.

The innovative structure of our jaw crusher includes a frame, eccentric shaft, large belt pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, adjustable clearance screw, reset spring, and both fixed and movable jaws. The toggle plate also serves a critical safety function.

Stone production line flow

Commencing with the precise transportation of materials via a vibrating feeder, the jaw crusher initiates the primary crushing stage. The material is then seamlessly transferred to an impact crusher for further refinement. Post-secondary crushing, the material is directed to a vibrating screen where dynamic vibration of the exciter propels the screen mesh into action, ensuring meticulous separation of materials of varied sizes.For secondary crushing, options include cone crushers, fine jaw crushers, etc. Configurations are available to meet your specific requirements.)
