Working principles
Experience the seamless mechanics of our jaw crusher: Powered by a motor, the pulleys set the movable jaw in motion through an eccentric shaft, orchestrating a precise up-and-down movement. As the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws narrows, efficiently crushing materials. Conversely, as the jaw ascends, the angle widens, allowing the movable jaw to separate from the fixed jaw, aided by the draw bar and spring. This ingenious mechanism ensures that crushed materials are effortlessly discharged from the crushing cavity's outlet, delivering consistent results.
