Our Raymond Grinder (Raymond Mill) is a versatile solution, meticulously designed to grind a wide array of materials such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, and slag. Performing effortlessly on materials below scale 7 of Mohs hardness, this marvel caters to numerous sectors like mining, building materials, chemical engineering, and metallurgy, specializing in power generation and extensive processing scenarios.
The finesse of our product's output is remarkably adjustable, accommodating your needs with a range spanning from 80 to 425 meshes. For those requiring even greater precision, this product can efficiently process materials up to an impressive 2,000 mesh.

Working principles
Experience seamless grinding as materials are introduced evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. The centrifugal force of the rotating mechanism causes the roller to swing outward, pressing tightly against the ring. The integrated shovel mechanism ensures materials are consistently fed into the space between the roller and ring, facilitating an efficient grinding process.

Milling Production Line
Our production line is a finely tuned system where materials, after being crushed by a jaw crusher, are lifted by a bucket elevator to a storage silo. From there, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder ensures a steady and even distribution of materials into the host for grinding. The process continues with polishing and sorting, with powder being transported via pipeline to storage silos, culminating in a seamless output through the outlet valve.
Ensuring a negative pressure environment throughout, the production line features a fan that propels air and powder into the upper cyclone collector of the storage silo. This air is recirculated through a return air blower pipe, enhancing efficiency. The powder collector, equipped with a bottom lock powder feeder, isolates external positive pressure gas from the internal negative pressure gas, significantly boosting yield. Residual air and dust are directed through pipelines to a filter baghouse, where impurities are effectively captured, safeguarding the environment.

This high-performance mill is predominantly utilized in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining, skillfully grinding mineral materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity under 6%. Capable of processing a diverse range of non-flammable minerals, including quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare earths, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, and zircon sand, it stands as a versatile and essential tool for modern industries.Main technical parameters
