Working Principle:
The hard rock counter-attacking crusher operates with precision and power. Its electric motor propels the rotor, adorned with hammers, into high-speed rotation. As materials enter the dynamic zone of the hammers, they are incessantly propelled to the impact device above the rotor. Here, they rebound from the impact liner and reenter the hammer's effective area for further crushing. This cycle of impact and rebound continues within the impact chamber until materials achieve the desired size and are subsequently discharged from the outlet.

Gravel Production Line
The journey begins with the material being smoothly transported to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Once the initial crushing phase is complete, the material is transferred to the impact crusher for its secondary transformation. Post this stage, a vibrating screen takes charge, categorizing the material. The exciter's vibration propels the screen mesh into action, separating the material efficiently as it falls from both the upper and lower sides of the screen.
