Our ball mill is engineered as a horizontal, tubular running device with two distinct warehouses. It's a grid-type machine with an external gear drive. Materials are fed uniformly through the feeding trunnion spiral into the first hopper, featuring stepped or corrugated lining plates and various specification steel balls. As the cylinder rotates, steel balls are elevated by centrifugal force and fall by gravity, facilitating impact and grinding of materials. Following coarse grinding in the first hopper, materials pass through a monolayer partition panel into the second hopper, equipped with a plane scale board and steel balls for further grinding. The finely ground materials then exit through the discharge grate, completing the grinding process.
