Working principles

Powered by a motor, the jaw crusher operates through a synchronized movement of pulleys that drive the eccentric shaft. This results in the movable jaw's rhythmic up-and-down motion. As the jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and the movable jaw contracts, enabling material crushing. Conversely, when the jaw ascends, the angle widens, allowing crushed materials to be expelled from the crushing cavity. The crusher's robust structure includes essential components like a frame, jaw plates, toggle plate, and flywheel, ensuring a seamless crushing process.
