Brief Introduction
The High-Efficiency PYD1200 Spring Cone Crusher is expertly designed to crush an array of ores and rocks with medium to high hardness. This robust machinery boasts a stable structure and superior efficiency, allowing for effortless adjustments and economical usage. Its innovative spring safety system serves as a critical overload protection mechanism, enabling metals to seamlessly pass through the crushing chamber without inflicting damage. The dual-seal safety system, utilizing both dry oil and water, ensures the separation of plaster powder and engine oil, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability. The crushing chamber's design varies based on the feed size and desired product fineness: the standard type (PYB) excels at medium crushing, the medium type is ideal for medium to fine crushing, while the short head type is tailored for fine crushing.


Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher operates by harnessing the dynamic working surface between the movable and fixed cones. Supported by a spherical bearing, the movable cone is mounted on a hanging erect shaft, nestled within an eccentric sleeve. This assembly is driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve, which operates via a horizontal shaft and precision-crafted gear. The conveyor belt's wheel is propelled by a motor through v-belts, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Anchored at its lower end within the eccentric sleeve, the vertical shaft rotates to form a conical surface when in motion. As the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, materials are expertly crushed, and as it retreats, the crushed material is discharged. The fixed cone's height is adjustable, allowing for customization of the discharge width, and therefore, the final output size.

Production Line
The production process begins with the even and consistent delivery of materials to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Post initial crushing, materials are transferred to the impact crusher for secondary processing. Upon secondary crushing, materials proceed to a vibrating screen, where the exciter's vibrations activate the screen mesh. This action facilitates thorough separation of materials, with both large and small particles effectively screened and segregated.
