Usage of Mill

Primarily utilized across the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining, this mill excels at grinding a vast array of mineral materials with Mos hardness below 9.3 and humidity under 6%. From quartz and feldspar to bauxite and bituminous coal, it handles them all with remarkable efficiency. Other compatible materials include rare earth, marble, ceramics, dolomite, and various other industrial minerals.

Working Principle

At the heart of this mill is a dynamic central axis, propelled by a bevel gear, which connects to the grinding roller hanger. This sophisticated mechanism allows the grinding roller to not only revolve around the central axis but also spin around the grinding ring. Complemented by the rotation of blades below the hanger, materials are skillfully elevated into the gap between the grinding ring and rollers. Here, they undergo a precise grinding process powered by centrifugal extrusion force.

Primarily utilized in the dynamic sectors of metallurgy, construction materials, chemicals, and mining, the Durable YGM Series Gold Limestone Grinding Mill expertly handles a plethora of mineral materials for superior grinding performance. Designed to efficiently process materials with a Mosh hardness of up to 9.3 and with humidity levels under 6%, this advanced mill accommodates a diverse range of non-flammable mineral resources. These include quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, and barite, extending to fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, and bauxite. Moreover, it adeptly grinds manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, zircon sand, and slag, along with various other materials, ensuring precision and consistency in output.

Sophisticated Industrial Milling Process

Once the crusher has reduced the raw materials to the optimal feeding size, the material journey begins with the bucket elevator deftly transporting them to the hopper. Here, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder precisely and consistently delivers the materials into the grinding mill. As the blade and grinding roller co-rotate, a bedding layer forms, where materials are finely ground between the roller and the ring, culminating in a refined powder. This powder is then elegantly swept away by the fan's airflow to the classifier for meticulous selection. Only the finest powder that meets stringent fineness criteria is carried by the airflow to the large cyclone collector, where it is efficiently separated and collected. The remaining airflow is drawn into the blower via the return air pipe, ensuring a seamless operation. The blade strategically directs unsatisfactory powder to the outer wall, where it is separated from the airflow. Coarse particles naturally return to the grinding chamber for additional refining due to gravity. To maintain optimum conditions and a negative pressure environment within the mill, any surplus airflow is expertly channeled into a bag filter through the residual pipe between the fan and main engine, emerging purified into the atmosphere.
