Brief Introduction
Our robust High-Efficiency PYB1750 Spring Cone Crusher is engineered to handle a diverse array of ores and rocks with medium to high hardness. Its innovative spring safety system acts as a shield against overload, allowing metals to traverse the crushing chamber without harming the crusher. The dual sealing system, employing dry oil and water, ensures a reliable operation by keeping plaster powder and engine oil separate. Tailor the crushing chamber to your needs: the Standard (PYB) version excels in medium crushing, the Medium variant is perfect for medium to fine crushing, while the Short Head type is ideal for fine crushing.


Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher performs its magic by utilizing the interaction between the movable and fixed cones to crush materials. The movable cone, supported by a spherical bearing and mounted on an upright shaft, is carefully set within an eccentric sleeve which is fixed upon a stopping and pushing bearing. Power is transferred to the movable cone through the eccentric shaft sleeve, driven by a horizontal shaft and fabricated gear, with the conveyor belt wheel powered by a motor via v-belts.
At the core, the vertical shaft's base sits within the eccentric sleeve, orchestrating a conical surface when in motion. As the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, the rocks are finely ground; when it retreats, the crushed materials escape through the discharge hole. Adjust the fixed cone's height to customize the discharge hole width, thus controlling the output size as needed.
