Working Principle
Our Spring Cone Crusher works its magic through the dynamic interplay between its movable and fixed cones. The movable cone, supported by a spherical bearing, is securely attached to an upright shaft housed within an eccentric sleeve. This ingenious design ensures seamless operation, as the sleeve, resting on the stopping and pushing bearing, directs both the movable cone and the shaft. Driven by a horizontal shaft and a meticulously crafted gear, this sophisticated system is powered by a motor through v-belts, ensuring smooth functionality and impressive results.
Ingeniously designed, the vertical shaft's lower part resides within the eccentric sleeve. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, it crafts a conical surface with the shaft. The magic happens when the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, crushing rocks into manageable pieces. Upon the cone's departure, the finely crushed material exits through the discharge hole. By adjusting the fixed cone's position, you can easily control the discharge hole's width, thereby dictating the output size according to your precise requirements.

Production Line
Embark on a seamless production journey as raw materials are expertly guided from the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher. After the initial crushing phase, materials are smoothly transferred to the impact crusher for a secondary round of crushing. Following this, they make their way to the vibrating screen, where the vibrating mechanism sets the screen mesh in motion. This precise operation artfully separates materials, allowing larger pieces to fall from the upper side and smaller pieces from the lower side, ensuring an efficient and flawless separation process.
