The Durable Cone Crusher for Crushing Medium Hardness Materials is an exceptional tool designed to expertly handle various ores and rocks with medium or greater hardness. The integrated spring safety system acts as a formidable safeguard against overload, allowing metallic elements to traverse the crushing chamber without inflicting harm upon the crusher. This safety mechanism employs an innovative dual-seal system using dry oil and water, effectively separating plaster powder from engine oil to guarantee unwavering performance. Adaptable to various crushing needs, the crusher's chamber type is determined by feed size and desired product fineness: the standard type (PYB) is ideal for medium crushing, the medium type caters to medium or fine crushing, while the short head type is perfect for fine crushing.


Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher employs a sophisticated crushing mechanism driven by the interaction between the movable cone and a stationary cone. The movable cone, supported by a spherical bearing, is mounted on an upright shaft linked to an eccentric sleeve, which is further supported by stationary and pushing bearings. This entire assembly is driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve, which receives its motion from a horizontal shaft and crafted gears. This intricate system is powered by a motor through connected v-belts, ensuring smooth and efficient crushing performance.
The innovative design includes a vertical shaft positioned within the eccentric sleeve. As the sleeve rotates, it traces a conical trajectory. The crushing action occurs when the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, reducing rocks to smaller fragments. Conversely, as the cone retreats, the processed material exits through the discharge aperture. The versatility of the crusher allows for adjustments to the fixed cone, thereby modulating the discharge opening's width to achieve the desired output size.

Production Line
The production process commences with the uniform and continuous transport of material to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Following primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the material is transported to the impact crusher for secondary reduction. The resulting material is further conveyed to a vibrating screen, where the exciter-induced vibration allows for effective screening. During the operation, materials are segregated as they fall from the upper and lower sections of the screen, achieving precise separation.
