Innovative European Version Mill Our state-of-the-art mill is adept at grinding a vast array of nonflammable and non-explosive minerals, expertly handling materials with a Moh's hardness of less than 8 and moisture content below 6% respectively. Ideal for processing a variety of minerals such as limestone, dolomite, gypsum, calcite, talc, granite, basalt, barite, marble, cement clinker, activated carbon, fly ash, clay, kaolin, graphite, etc.
Customize the product size precisely within the versatile range of 80-425 meshes, with select materials reaching an impressive fineness of up to 2,000 mesh.

Understanding Our Advanced Working Principles

Insert the materials steadily into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Through the power of centrifugal force, the roller extends outward, making firm contact with the ring. The shovel expertly guides the material to the grinding space. As the roller rotates, the material is finely ground.

Comprehensive Milling Production Line

After initial crushing by the jaw crusher, the material is elevated and smoothly transitioned to the storage silo. From there, it's precisely fed into the host for grinding. The polished powder is expertly sorted by a separator, blown by a blower, and efficiently transported via pipelines to storage silos, culminating in its release by the outlet valve.

The entire production process thrives on a negative pressure system. Initially, a fan directs air and accompanying powder into the storage silo's upper cyclone collector. The air is recirculated through a return blower pipe. Meanwhile, the bottom lock powder feeder segregates external positive pressure gas from the internal negative pressure, significantly enhancing yield. Air and dust remnants are channeled to a filter baghouse, where impurities are meticulously adsorbed, ensuring environmental safety.

Predominantly utilized in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining industries, this mill excels in processing mineral materials. Capable of grinding substances with Mohs hardness up to 9.3 and humidity under 6%, it processes a spectrum of non-flammable minerals such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, Zircon sand, slag and more.
