Our ball mill is a horizontal, tubular machine featuring dual warehouses. It boasts a grid type design and operates via external gearing. Materials are consistently fed through the feeding trunnion spiral into the first hopper, equipped with stepped or corrugated lining plates and a variety of steel ball specifications. As the cylinder rotates, these steel balls are propelled by centrifugal force and subsequently fall by gravity, delivering thorough impact and grinding to the materials. Following coarse grinding in the initial hopper, materials pass through a monolayer partition panel into a second hopper with a flat scale board and steel balls for further refinement. Ultimately, finely ground materials are discharged through the grate, marking the completion of the grinding process.
