Work Principle
1) The sophisticated motor silently powers the grinding table's rotation via a speed reducer. Concurrently, invigorating hot air is drawn into the roller mill through the air inlet, as materials gracefully descend onto the center of the grinding table from the feeder.
2) Harnessing the power of centrifugal force, materials elegantly migrate from the center to the edge of the grinding table, ensuring a consistent and efficient grinding process.
3) As materials pass over the groove on the grinding table, the grinding roller expertly crushes them. These processed materials then move toward the table's edge, carried by the airstream, emerging as fine powder. This powder is adeptly collected by the system's dust catcher, presenting the final, refined product of the roller mill.
4) Throughout their interaction with the airstream, materials are meticulously dried to meet specified moisture levels, catering to client needs. By adjusting the separator's angle and rotor speed (excluding smaller vertical mill models), the system effortlessly achieves desired material fineness, showcasing advanced precision in milling.
