Our advanced work process begins with the material being crushed by a jaw crusher and elevated by a bucket elevator to the storage silo. From there, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder ensures even, continuous delivery to the main grinding unit. The sophisticated system sees the polished powder sorted by a separator and channeled through a pipeline to storage silos, concluding with the output from the outlet valve. The entire operation maintains a negative pressure, with the initial air blowing through pipes to a cyclone collector. Residual air and dust are expertly handled by a filter baghouse, capturing impurities and safeguarding the environment. This innovative air recycling system, enhanced by a bottom lock powder feeder, isolates gases, optimizes pressure, and amplifies yield.
