The PF series Hard Rock Counterattacking Crusher is an engineering marvel, incorporating both domestic and international cutting-edge technology. It is specially designed to process hard rock with granularity between 60mm and 300mm, crafting 80% of finished products to a refined size of less than 30mm. This crusher delivers cubically shaped output, making it the premier choice for aggregating materials for high-level road construction and the hydraulic electricity industry.

Work Principle

When operational, the Hard Rock Counterattacking Crusher's electric motor powers the rotor, which is equipped with strategically placed hammers that spin at high speeds. Upon entry into the impact zone of these hammers, materials are propelled towards the impact device above the rotor. Following their rebound from the impact liner, materials are systematically reintroduced to the hammer impact zone for further crushing. This cycle continues until materials reach the desired size, subsequently being discharged through the outlet.

Application
This versatile mill extends its capabilities across a wide range of industries, including metallurgy, construction materials, and chemical processing. It specializes in grinding mineral materials with a Mosh hardness of up to 9.3 and humidity below 6%. It adeptly grinds non-flammable mineral materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare earth minerals, marble, ceramics, bauxite, manganese ore, iron ore, copper ore, phosphate rock, iron oxide red, zircon sand, and slag, among others.

Process of Crusher LineIn the crusher line process, materials are continuously and uniformly fed from the silo to the jaw crusher via a vibrating screen feeder for initial size reduction. Upon reaching an appropriate size, they are conveyed to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. Post-secondary crushing, the materials undergo vibrating screening, separating them into various sizes. Any materials failing to meet specifications are redirected by conveyor back for further crushing, ensuring only the finest quality output.
