The ingenious spring safety system acts as a safeguard, allowing metals to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the cone crusher itself. With a dual-sealed design using both dry oil and water, this system ensures the separation of plaster powder and engine oil, guaranteeing unparalleled performance reliability. The crushing chamber type is determined by feed size and desired output fineness. The standard type (PYB) serves medium crushing, the medium type caters to both medium and fine crushing, while the short head type is perfect for fine crushing.


Working Principle
The operation of our Spring Cone Crusher is based on the dynamic interaction between the movable and fixed cones. The movable cone is supported by a spherical bearing and suspended via an erect shaft that fits into the eccentric sleeve. This assembly is then mounted on stopping and pushing bearings. The coordination of the eccentric shaft sleeve and the horizontal shaft drives both the movable cone and the erect shaft. The motor powers the conveyor belt wheel through v-belts, orchestrating a symphony of mechanical precision.
At the core of the cone crusher's operation, the eccentric sleeve houses the lower part of the vertical shaft. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, a conical surface emerges, delineated by the shaft's motion. When the movable cone converges with the fixed cone, rocks are finely ground into pieces. Conversely, as the cones separate, the ground material is expelled through the discharge hole. By adjusting the setting, the fixed cone's position can be raised or lowered, thus controlling the discharge hole's width and determining the final output size.

Production Line
Initially, materials are meticulously fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder, ensuring even and continuous delivery. Post-jaw crushing, materials transition to the impact crusher for a secondary phase of crushing. Following this, the journey continues to the vibrating screen. Here, the exciter's vibrations animate the screen mesh, orchestrating an efficient screening process. Materials of varying sizes are then systematically separated, descending from the upper and lower tiers of the screen.
