Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher Introduction
The Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is designed to handle the toughest tasks, capable of efficiently breaking or crushing a wide array of medium hard to harder ores.
Mining, chemical building materials, and various industrial applications benefit from this machine's remarkable features, including a large crushing ratio, continuous operation, consistent granularity, an advanced automated hydraulic clearing system, high capacity, straightforward structure, and low operating costs. It is perfectly engineered for both middle and fine crushing tasks.
Working Principle
During operation, the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is driven by the motor, which turns the pinion gear. This, in turn, engages the large gear, and the large gear assembly (including the large gear holder and eccentric steel bushing) propels the eccentric bushing assembly (comprising the eccentric cylinder and copper bushings), and the main shaft assembly (consisting of the main shaft, inner cone, and liner) rotates around a theoretical vertical axis. This rotation enables the spindle assembly to pivot and maneuver within the eccentric copper bushing, allowing for optimal material processing.

In idle mode, the eccentric bushing assembly supports the main shaft assembly, causing it to rotate synchronously with the large gear.

Upon introducing material into the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) gradually rotates within the eccentric bushing, contending with material resistance. The inner cone's path oscillates within the crushing chamber while it rotates slowly, effectively crushing material with its dynamic motion.

A hydraulic cylinder presses the connection between the support sleeve and the frame body, providing a safeguard. When unbreakable objects, like metal blocks, enter the crusher, the bottom hydraulic piston elevates the moving cone of the single cylinder, serving as a safety mechanism for discharge port adjustment and over-iron protection, repeatedly lifting and lowering to clear any obstruction.

Production Line

Materials are uniformly and continuously fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder, where initial crushing occurs. Subsequently, materials are conveyed into the impact or cone crusher for further processing. Following this, the crushed materials are sorted via a vibrating screen, with finished products being conveyed out by belt.
