Brief Introduction
The Spring Cone Crusher is a versatile machine tailored for crushing various ores and rocks of medium to above medium hardness. Renowned for its stable structure and high efficiency, this crusher offers the convenience of easy adjustment and cost-effective use. It features a sophisticated spring safety system that acts as an overload protection mechanism, enabling metals to pass through the crushing chamber without causing damage. This dual-sealed system, using both dry oil and water, ensures the separation of plaster powder and engine oil, promising reliable performance. The crusher's adaptability is highlighted by its different chamber configurations: the standard type (PYB) for medium crushing, the medium type for medium to fine crushing, and the short head type for fine crushing, each catering to specific size and fineness requirements.

Working Principle
The Spring Cone Crusher operates by utilizing the surface interaction between a movable cone and a fixed cone. The movable cone is elegantly supported by a spherical bearing and anchored on an erect shaft within the eccentric sleeve. This sleeve is securely positioned on stopping and pushing bearings. Driven collectively by the eccentric shaft sleeve, the movable cone and shaft are propelled by the horizontal shaft and fabricated gear. The motor powers the conveyor belt's wheel through v-belts, ensuring efficient operation.
At the heart of the mechanism, the lower part of the vertical shaft is ingeniously installed within the eccentric sleeve. As this sleeve rotates, a conical surface is outlined by the shaft. When the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, rocks are effortlessly crushed into smaller particles. Conversely, when the cone recedes, these particles are discharged through the designated hole. The fixed cone's position can be finely adjusted to modify the discharge opening's width, allowing precise control over output size.

Production Line
In our sophisticated production line, materials are initially conveyed by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for even and continuous processing. Post-crushing, materials advance to the impact crusher for a second round of reduction. This is followed by a journey to the vibrating screen where, under normal conditions, the exciter's vibration drives the screen mesh attached to the screen box to oscillate. This causes materials to separate effectively as larger and smaller particles drop accordingly for further processing.
