Working principles
Powered by a motor, the jaw crusher's pulleys set the movable jaw in motion guided by an eccentric shaft. As the jaw descends, the angle between the fixed and movable jaws diminishes, allowing the materials to be crushed effectively. Conversely, as the jaw rises, the angle expands, enabling the discharge of crushed materials from the cavity via the draw bar and spring. The robust structure of the jaw crusher comprises a frame, jaw plates (both fixed and movable), toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and tension rod, all harmonized for superior functionality.

Stone production line flow
Initiate the stone production journey as materials are systematically fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder, ensuring evenly distributed intake. Once crushed by the jaw crusher, materials proceed to the impact crusher for further refinement. Ensuing the secondary crushing stage, materials advance to the vibrating screen.
