Working Principles
The operation begins as the pulleys are energized by a motor, causing the movable jaw to elevate and descend through an eccentric shaft. As the movable jaw descends, the angle between it and the stationary jaw narrows, facilitating crushing. Conversely, as the movable jaw ascends, this angle broadens, allowing the materials to be expelled, supported by the draw bar and spring, from the outlet of the crushing chamber. The construction of the jaw crusher prominently features a robust frame, strategically positioned jaw plates, a toggle plate, eccentric shaft, flywheel, and a tension rod. The jaw plates are composed of a fixed jaw and a movable jaw.
Structure of Jaw Crusher
The jaw crusher's intricate design includes a durable frame, eccentric shaft, sizable belt pulley, flywheel, protective side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, adjustable clearance screw, reset spring, fixed jaw, and movable jaw. Notably, the toggle plate provides an insurance effect, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.

Gravel Production Line
Initially, materials are smoothly and consistently fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Post primary crushing, the materials transition to an impact crusher for secondary processing. Following secondary crushing, these materials advance to a vibrating screen. Within this system, the exciter's vibration engenders motion in the screen mesh, which segregates materials based on size, allowing for a precise separation of larger and smaller fragments from different screen levels.
