Our ball mill is ingeniously designed as a horizontal, tubular machine featuring dual storage chambers. It incorporates a grid-type design and is powered through external gear mechanics. Materials are systematically introduced via the feeding trunnion spiral into the initial hopper, lined with stepped or corrugated plates and various steel ball sizes. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force propels the steel balls upwards, which then descend by gravity to effectively impact and grind the materials. Following the preliminary grinding in the first chamber, materials pass through a single partition panel into a second chamber equipped with a flat scale board and more steel balls for additional refinement. Finally, finely milled materials are ejected through the grate, marking the culmination of the grinding cycle.
