The Efficient Raymond Mill operates on a high-pressure hanging roller mill principle, boasting an innovative design where the roller hanger is secured with a powerful 1000-1500 kg pressure high-pressure spring. Upon activation, the roller commences its rotation around the main shaft, driven by the synergistic force of the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. This dynamic action presses the roller closely against the grinding ring with a rolling pressure that surpasses the standard Raymond Mill by an impressive 1.2 times, leading to a substantial boost in output. As the raw materials enter the grinding chamber, they are skillfully lifted by the shovel and directed into the narrow gap between the grinding roller and ring. This finely rolled powder is seamlessly channeled into the analyzer by the circulating air propelled by the blower. Only the finest qualified powder progresses into the cyclone collector with the airflow, emerging as the finished product, while larger particles are returned for additional grinding. The circulating air efficiently returns to the blower to perpetuate this refined process, with any residual air purified through the bag filter. Notably, when the roller and ring experience wear, adjusting the high-pressure spring length maintains a consistent grinding pressure between them, ensuring unwavering output and precision fineness.
